Reserve your rod or reel for seven days while payment clears. No charge during the hold period.
Your tackle is reserved once payment is received. Full balance is due thirty days before collection, or immediately if ordered within that window.
Swap once, free, up to twenty-one days before collection, for any other item in stock. A second swap depends on us restocking your first choice.
Special orders need a minimum lead time. If we cannot fulfill it we tell you twenty-one days ahead and you choose: a later date, an alternative item, or your money back.
All returned tackle must be in original condition with packaging intact—this is a condition of our returns policy. Tell us about any damage or defect when it arrives; we'll work around it to get you fishing, never turn you away.
The fishing rod, reel, lures or hooks listed, tackle box, line, and all hardware included. Shipping to your door, care guides, and insurance are separate.
